It Starts in the Philippines

Our coffee story begins in the verdant highlands of Benguet, the terraced farms of Sagada, and the sun-drenched plantations of Batangas. These regions are renowned for producing some of the finest coffee beans in the Philippines.

We work directly with local farmers who have passed down their coffee-growing traditions through generations. This direct relationship ensures that every bean we source meets our rigorous quality standards while supporting Philippine agriculture.

The Roasting Process

Once our beans arrive at our Angeles City shop, our master roaster carefully roasts each batch to bring out the unique characteristics of every bean. We believe in small-batch roasting because it allows us to maintain consistent quality and freshness.

Our roasting process involves:

  • Green bean inspection - Every batch is hand-selected
  • Precision roasting - Temperature and timing are carefully monitored
  • Cooling and resting - Beans are allowed to develop their full flavor
  • Fresh packaging - Sealed immediately to preserve freshness
